Oh by the way, remember that post from forever ago (General Conference weekend) where I mentioned I couldn't get yeast to work? Well, on my final try, I left the dough for many hours to see if it would rise. Well, it did. It just took all stinking day! So instead of enjoying hot and fresh baked cinnamon rolls for breakfast, we enjoyed them for dinner. Yup, that's right.....dinner! They were tasty! haven't tried making them again, but just may have to. Yummy! Take a look.....
Before Frosting
After Frosted (I guess I'm stating the obvious)

My husband used to have that problem with yeast. Are you making the water for it too hot? Yeast is a living organism. I put the water (pretty warm, but not hot enough to burn you) in a cup with 1 tsp. sugar and the yeast. Stir and watch to see it is working before putting it in your bowl for mixing. Hope that helps!
I am SO impressed. Way to go girl. I've never tried cinnamon rolls, but used to make bread and scones. So you remember scones for lunch? What along time ago to think about. You'll be proud of me--I've been cooking since Dad's surgery. It's killing me, but I'm doing it. Love you, Mom
